Chiropractic Care
ABCD DC’s or Doctors of Chiropractic Medicine often wear different hats during their careers. However, for patients who visit All Health Chiropractic Clinic, it means alleviating their pain by adjusting their backs, hips, and necks. During an adjustment, our chiropractic specialists typically realign the bones in a patient’s back. In other words, chiropractors use their hands to deliver an HVLA or high-velocity, low-amplitude thrust to the spine.
Discover the remarkable benefits of chiropractic care,
where relieving pain and discomfort is expertly achieved without applying force to sore joints.
Chiropractors are highly trained professionals who skillfully dislodge “stuck” joints, providing relief without causing any additional back injuries. Their expertise extends beyond adjustments, encompassing a range of effective treatments for various musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders.
Among the many conditions they can help with are headaches, migraines, myofascial pain resulting from muscle “knots,” Sciatica, sports injuries, and whiplash, to name just a few. All Health Chiropractic Clinic excels in using HVLA to address these issues and more, ensuring your overall well-being and recovery. But that’s not all; their comprehensive array of services goes far beyond adjustments, delivering holistic care tailored to meet your unique needs. Experience the difference chiropractic care can make at All Health Chiropractic Clinic.
Physical therapy modalities
4 different modalities employed during our physical sessions
Ice and heat therapy
The use of ice and heat has a long history of treating many painful conditions. Ice therapy is used to control pain and reduce swelling as quickly as possible after an injury. Heat therapy can provide relief from chronic pain by increasing circulation and relaxing muscles. In many cases, ice and heat therapies are used in combination based on the patient’s condition.
Muscle stimulation
This therapy utilizes light electrical pulses transmitted to specific body areas through electrodes that are placed on the patient’s skin. There are different types of stimulation. Some are best for treating muscle spasms, some reduce muscle atrophy by contracting the muscles, and some reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
TENS or Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation
This small, portable, battery-powered stimulation machine was designed for in-home pain control through variable intensities of electrical current. This is often recommended for patients suffering from acute (severe) pain.
Ultrasound
This is a form of sound wave-generated, deep heating therapy that is applied to joints and soft tissues. Essentially, the sound waves create a type of micro-massage that helps to decrease muscle spasms, pain, and stiffness by increasing blood flow and reducing swelling.
In case you do not have insurance

We use a broad range of hands-on, soft tissue therapies for improving the function of joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. This includes the ART or Active Release Technique and instrument-based soft tissue mobilization.

We use spinal traction at All Health Chiropractic Clinic to gently separate the vertebrae to decompress the discs, thereby reducing nerve root pressure, pain, and discomfort.

Therapeutic stretching is one of the best ways to prevent the formation of scar tissue following an injury. Even once your injury has healed, you should continue your stretching regimen in order to keep tissues flexible, increase your mobility, and protect against new injuries. As with therapeutic exercises, your All Health Chiropractic Clinic specialist will explain proper stretching techniques and will continue to supervise your stretching until you’re confident that you can do it yourself.

Research has shown poor diet habits and nutritional imbalances contribute to cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Our chiropractors have been skillfully trained in diet and nutrition counselling and can create a program that’s tailored to your specific needs.
